The Clean Technology Innovation (CTI) Project Development Stream in NSW is now open for applications. Projects must be completed within 12 months and demonstrate significant potential to reduce emissions. Growing Future Tourism:
Queensland's tourism sector is set to benefit from the Growing Future Tourism program, which offers $30 million in funding. This program targets tourism operators, not-for-profits, and local governments to create or enhance tourism infrastructure and experiences. Focus areas include coastal, marine, heritage, cultural, ecotourism, and sustainability. Funding ranges from $1 to $4 million on a matched contribution basis, aligning with government tourism priorities. Eligible projects include marine tourism facilities, accommodation, digital enhancements, and ecotourism initiatives. The application process involves an Expression of Interest followed by a Full Business Case for selected applicants. Applications close 29th April 2024.
Climate-Smart Agriculture Program – Small Grants Round 1:
The Australian Government's Department of Agriculture, Fisheries and Forestry offers grants to support small-scale projects promoting sustainable agricultural practices. These projects aim to enhance knowledge, skills, and the adoption of climate-smart practices at the grassroots level, boosting sustainable productivity and resilience to climate change. Grants of up to EMDG Reimbursements: 2023-24 Claims
