Eligibility is open to established organisations with an Australian Business Number (ABN) operating within metropolitan or regional South Australia. This encompasses various entity types, including business associations, Business Enterprise Centres (BECs), Regional Development Authorities (RDAs), local governments, co-operatives, and not-for-profit organisations.
